Job Summary
Senior Commercial Manager – Travel Money Pricing responsible for defining and delivering pricing strategy across Travel Money channels and products, driving pricing decisions, analyzing performance, budgeting/forecasting, and reporting to enable growth and profitability. Leads pricing governance, collaborates with Travelex and internal teams, manages a direct report, and contributes to revenue and market share goals with a focus on customer value and commercial governance.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in Travel Money or margin-based pricing, commercial finance, FP&A, or revenue management
- Proven ability to develop and deliver pricing strategies that increase both volume and profitability
- Strong financial and commercial acumen including experience managing or influencing P&L
- Advanced analytical capability with the ability to translate data into actionable commercial insight
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and performance reporting
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior colleagues and cross-functional teams
- Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-facing commercial environment
- Strong people leadership capability, with experience managing or developing analysts or commercial team members
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
