Job Summary
Senior Commercial Operations Manager responsible for the Workflow Solutions portfolio for GPOs and identified Health Systems in North America, with global scope across LATAM/EMEA/APAC. Lead revenue growth, margin improvement, and retention strategies; establish MSAs and GPO agreements; guide regional product requirements and commercial strategies; train and lead global commercial teams; collaborate with NA Marketing on product feedback; manage relationships with SPD, OR, and clinical/financial stakeholders; travel domestically and work from home-based setup.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree strongly recommended
- 10+ years healthcare or medical environments experience
- 5-8 years sales leadership / business development
- Demonstrated experience selling to SPD, OR and other clinical and financial stakeholders
- Proven ROI-focused sales leadership
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategy with cross-functional teams
