Job Summary
Senior Commercial Manager leading the commercial governance and financial performance of major renewable energy projects across Queensland. Develop and implement commercial strategies, drive project performance, manage risk and provide commercial leadership across all phases of the project lifecycle. Oversee contract administration, procurement, cost control, forecasting, claims and change management; build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and key stakeholders to support successful project delivery. Strong knowledge of commercial management, contract administration, procurement, risk management and claims resolution; proven ability to lead commercial teams and deliver outcomes in complex environments.
Required Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Commerce, Law or related discipline.
- 10+ years' experience in project delivery, including at least 5 years in a senior commercial leadership role on major infrastructure, energy or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of commercial management, contract administration, procurement, risk management and claims resolution.
