Senior Commercial Manager

Senior Commercial Manager leads a site-based team of commercial professionals delivering post-contract cost consultancy services to the client throughout the construction phase, with a focus on strategic commercial leadership, contract administration, and ensuring optimal financial outcomes and contractual compliance. Responsibilities include allocating workload, developing commercial strategies, overseeing cost management across the project lifecycle, advising on contractual/financial matters, administering NEC/JCT/FIDIC contracts, managing budgets and cost plans, assessing contractor variations and claims, guiding final account negotiations, and serving as the primary commercial interface between client and contractor. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, Chartered status (desirable), and 10-12 years of post-contract experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (on-site).
