Job Summary
Senior Commercial Manager responsible for leading commercial delivery across multi-million-pound portfolios within Egis UK's Nuclear capability, reporting to the Nuclear Commercial Lead. Provide strategic oversight from procurement through to close-out, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and risk profiles; engage with senior clients, regulators, and partners; lead a team of commercial professionals across complex programmes; ensure compliance with NEC3/4 and FIDIC contracts, UK law, and regulatory frameworks; develop practical commercial solutions, manage contract execution, supplier performance, and change control; drive cost management, value management, and post-contract evaluation; build supply chain relationships and contribute to business growth through robust commercial strategies and continued improvement across processes.
Required Qualifications
- A qualification in a related subject (e.g. Quantity Surveying, Construction Law)
- Chartership in a related subject (or working towards)
- Experience operating within client organisations
- Experience leading commercial teams
- Strong financial modelling and problem-solving skills
- Extensive experience in nuclear, water, environment, defence, rail, highways or other major/complex infrastructure sectors
- CDM regulations knowledge
- NEC3/4 contracts familiarity
- On-site availability 3 days/week
