Job Summary
Senior Commercial Manager to lead upstream/downstream contracts, act as the commercial representative for allocated projects, manage risk and opportunities, and liaison with internal/external contacts within our commercial team. Role supports pre-contracts activities and requires strong relationship-building and bid experience; based in our major east coast offices in Australia.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years demonstrated experience in contracts management
- previous experience in rollingstock or major infrastructure projects
- relevant tertiary qualification in Law, Business or equivalent
- strong negotiation skills and ability to influence within a complex environment
- proven ability to problem solve and develop improvements
- exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels
