Job Summary
Senior Commercial Manager responsible for managing upstream/downstream contracts and commercial activities, acting as the commercial representative for allocated projects, liaising with internal and external contacts, and driving proactive risk and opportunity management. Requires 7+ years in contracts management, experience in rollingstock or major infrastructure, and a tertiary qualification in Law or Business. Based onsite in Brisbane CBD, full-time permanent role with strong emphasis on relationship-building, negotiation, and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years demonstrated experience in contracts management
- Previous experience in rollingstock or major infrastructure projects
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Law, Business or equivalent
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence within a complex environment
- Proven ability to problem solve and develop improvements
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels
