Job Summary
Senior Commercial Manager role responsible for leading commercial outcomes across a portfolio of complex defence contracts, providing commercial leadership, governance, negotiations, pricing activity and risk management, supporting tender activity and organic growth, and acting as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders and delivery teams. The position offers a permanent, full-time role with a flexible hybrid working model (typically two days on site) based in Bristol, Plymouth or Leicester. The role emphasizes shaping pragmatic commercial strategies to support customer missions and long-term business success.
Required Qualifications
- Degree-level qualification in a relevant discipline such as business, law or accountancy (or equivalent experience)
- Professional commercial or procurement qualifications, or willingness to work towards them, are desirable
- Must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) / Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance
- Flexible working options available (hybrid) in Bristol, Plymouth or Leicester
