Job Summary
Underwrite commercial and real estate investment property loans and lines by structuring transactions, preparing credit packages, and assessing borrower creditworthiness. Manage the loan portfolio through risk reviews, covenant recommendations, and renewals of maturing loans while delivering problem-solving solutions and technical support for electronic services. Prepare financial spreadsheets, reports, and summaries to ensure compliance with defined limits and guidelines. Accountable for meeting productivity, quality, and sales goals with professional communication across all departments.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of commercial and real estate investment credit underwriting experience in a bank environment
- Understanding of balance sheets, income, and cash flow statements
- Understanding of commercial and real estate investment property lending policies, procedures, laws, and regulations
- Authorized to work in the U.S.

- A Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
