Job Summary
Senior Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist responsible for end-to-end servicing of moderately complex commercial loan products, supporting the full life-of-loan cycle. Serves as primary servicing contact for assigned relationships, partnering with Relationship Managers, Legal, Risk, Control, Technology, and Operations teams. Reviews, processes, and supports moderately complex loan transactions, including new loans, modifications, tranche set-ups, interest and fee calculations, and participation settlements. Evaluates servicing risks, resolves client and operational issues, and escalates matters as needed. Ensures accurate data entry, reconciliation, and portfolio maintenance across systems (e.g., LUCAS) in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Conducts quality reviews, monitors KPIs, and supports process improvements. Provides guidance and training to less experienced servicing representatives and participates in system enhancements and UAT. Hybrid work arrangement at Irving, TX; relocation assistance available. Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
