Job Summary
Senior Commercial Loan Closing Representative needed to support less experienced staff and overall effectiveness of the Commercial Loan Closing team; provide feedback and implement process improvements; evaluate and upload data into systems of record to ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements; perform complex legal activities for loan documentation (including doc from third-party sources, internal staff, and Corporate Legal Group); provide subject matter expertise and interpret procedures to less experienced staff; collaborate with Credit, Sales, and Legal to ensure proper procedures and documentation align with negotiated terms and compliance standards; interacts with immediate team and Commercial Loan Closing; supports internal customers; emphasizes responsible AI usage and leveraging AI tools for routine tasks while maintaining human oversight.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Commercial Loan Closing support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

- 2+ years of Commercial Loan Closing support experience
- Experience with AI tools and responsible AI usage
- Strong collaboration with Credit, Sales and Legal
