Job Summary
Senior Commercial Loan Closing Representative at Wells Fargo performing loan-closings and supporting the closing process with complex legal activities for loan documentation, including documents from third parties, internal staff, and Corporate Legal; provide guidance to less experienced staff, improve processes/tools, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborates with Credit, Sales, and Legal, handles data uploads to systems of record, ensures accuracy of negotiated terms, and applies risk and compliance controls. Requires 2+ years in loan closing support and demonstrated proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Copilot platforms) to assist in tasks while maintaining human oversight.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Commercial Loan Closing support experience
- Ability to leverage AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Tachyon, Agentspace) for routine tasks such as summarizing information, drafting content, and analyzing data
- Critical Thinking to interpret AI outputs and validate insights
