Senior Commercial Loan Closing Representative to support less experienced staff and overall team effectiveness; evaluate and upload data into systems of record to ensure compliance with bank policies; perform complex legal activities for loan documentation (including third-party sources); provide SME guidance on procedures to junior staff; collaborate with Credit, Sales, and Legal to ensure accuracy of negotiated terms and compliance; interacts with immediate team and Commercial Loan Closing; emphasizes use of AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Tachyon, Agentspace) for routine tasks while maintaining human oversight; Wells Fargo emphasizes risk and regulatory compliance across credit, market, financial crimes, and operations.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Commercial Loan Closing support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Understanding and Application of AI Tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Tachyon, Agentspace) for routine tasks with human oversight
- Critical Thinking: interpret AI outputs, validate insights, and make informed business decisions
- Responsible AI Use: awareness of ethics, data privacy, and compliance when using AI solutions
- Adaptability and Continuous Learning: upskilling and staying current with emerging technologies
