Job Summary
Senior Commercial Loan Administrator responsibilities include performing commercial loan and deposit duties within the Business Financial Services Department: maintain loan and account files, process transfers/payments, manage loan boarding and funding, review authorization requests and prepare binding documents, order and review title reports, coordinate loan closings, prepare boarding packages, manage monthly tickler reports, perfection of collateral (deeds, mortgages, UCC filings, etc.), process loan modifications/ renewals, and provide loan servicing for portfolio loans (payoffs, insured/ tax documentation) along with support for deposit account openings. Requires 5–8 years of commercial loan experience, LaserPro or similar software, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Hours are Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm with remote work available after 90 days (Hybrid). Location: Phoenix, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- Five to eight years commercial loan documentation, servicing, processing experience within the business and commercial lending area with demonstrated experience in advising deposit and loan applicants
- LaserPro or similar software experience required
- Education: high school diploma or equivalent
