Job Summary
Manage complex commercial insurance client relationships by handling account transactions, quotes, renewals, claims support, and proposal endorsements. Respond to client inquiries and company requests while developing coverage strategies to align programs with evolving business needs. Maintain accuracy in client data within Applied Systems / EPIC, document all activities, and keep producers informed of critical account activities. Collaborate with internal teams and carriers to resolve coverage issues and ensure compliance with underwriting requirements and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills- the ability to discern priority and initiative
- Computer skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong people skills
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, premiums, commissions, proportions, and percentages
- Ability to solve practical problems, interpret a variety of instructions and deal with a variety of variables furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
- High School diploma
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial lines and/or industry
- Active Property & Casualty License
- Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership
Desired Qualifications
- Applied Systems / EPIC experience is a plus
- CPCU or special training course completion is a plus
