Senior Commercial Lending / Leasing Specialist

Manage post-closing services for a portfolio of moderate to highly complex commercial leases, loans, and syndicated structures, ensuring adherence to credit approval, risk management, and regulatory compliance procedures including OFAC and Patriot Act. Identify and analyze gray areas of risk, provide solutions, or elevate issues for appropriate approvals while balancing client service with risk mitigation. Independently manage assigned work with limited oversight, initiate fiduciary responsibilities for monetary transactions, and utilize Aspire, nCino, and other servicing systems to ensure data integrity. Collaborate proactively with line of business, third parties, and bank groups to resolve inquiries and drive process efficiency. Assist in developing policies, leading improvement initiatives, and providing coaching to team members.
