On-siteBurlington, Massachusetts, United States
Job Summary
Build steady-state process simulation models using Metsim and define complex unit operations including leaching, solvent extraction, and electrowinning. Scale bench-scale and pilot-plant data into full-scale industrial flowsheets while developing rigorous mass and energy balances for multi-component systems. Lead technoeconomic evaluations for scoping, pre-feasibility, and definitive feasibility studies to estimate CAPEX and OPEX, translating technical metrics into financial KPIs for capital investment decisions. Manage metallurgical testwork programs and collaborate with EPC teams during detailed design phases. This role bridges technical process engineering and corporate financial strategy to scale concepts into commercially viable industrial plants.
