Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial chillers, boilers, hydronic systems, VRF units, and cooling towers while leading installation teams for complex projects. Perform corrective and preventative maintenance across AHUs, BAS controls, and mobile systems, utilizing work order management and real-time reporting tools. Keep accurate service records, manage truck inventory, and develop client relationships through meetings and mobile technology. Maintain safety protocols and stay current on industry trends and best practices. Full-time schedule from 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday-Friday with occasional on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of HVAC experience
- 3+ years of chiller experience
- 3+ years of boiler experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a keen eye for detail
- Highly organized and able to self-manage and perform essential tasks to the highest standard
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Pipe welding experience preferred but not required
