Job Summary
Senior Commercial HVAC Technician role responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining chillers, boilers, and hydronic systems in commercial facilities. Leads and coordinates HVAC installations of varying sizes, works with VRF, VAV boxes, AHUs/MHUs, cooling towers, and BAS controls, and maintains accurate service records. Requires strong mechanical aptitude, organization, and client relationship development, with on-call rotation and occasional field installation tasks. 7+ years of HVAC experience with EPA Universal Certification and valid driver's license. Location-based in Cincinnati, OH (Tri-State region) with full-time schedule (7:30am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday) and team rotation for on-call coverage. Required Qualifications
