Job Summary
We seek an experienced Sales Executive in Bengaluru for MongoDB, specializing in driving sales of the MongoDB Atlas platform. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, managing a sales pipeline, and collaborating with internal teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in full sales cycle field sales/closing experience
- Bachelors in Engineering/Bachelor of Technology preferred

- Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and run a complex sales process
- Familiarity with software, database, infrastructure, or open source technology a plus

- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated success with cold calling and creative pipeline generation strategies
- Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales) a plus
- College degree or equivalent work experience
