Senior Commercial Finance Manager

Job Summary
Prepare Group monthly management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes while analyzing revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA to support Executive Leadership and Board decisions. Lead operating expense reviews with budget holders, investigate significant variances, and develop financial models for scenario analysis. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, providing financial challenge and insights to drive commercial performance and cost control. Improve reporting quality and automate processes to enhance decision-making efficiency. This role is fully remote, 40 hours per week (9 am to 6 pm BST), with a salary of £75,000 to £85,000.
Required Qualifications
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- strong experience in Commercial Finance
- strong experience in FP&A
- strong experience in Finance Business Partnering roles
- Proven experience preparing management reporting
- Proven experience preparing budgets
- Proven experience preparing forecasts
- Proven experience preparing financial models
- experience in a commercial environment
- Strong analytical skills
