Senior Commercial Finance Manager

Job Summary
Senior Commercial Finance Manager responsible for FP&A, reporting automation, and the deal desk, delivering financial insight to support strategic decisions. You will own budgeting, forecasting, monthly management reporting, and quarterly board packages; contribute to CARR reporting, cost-to-serve calculations, and customer profitability analyses; design and operate the Sales Incentive Plan framework with quarterly calculations and reconciliations; ensure billing accuracy and support revenue recognition for recurring and non-recurring revenue, pilots, and grants. Collaborate across product, technology, sales, and operations to drive efficiency, lead data warehouse initiatives, and migrate reporting from Excel to automated systems (Power BI or similar). The role requires a CA/CPA or equivalent qualification and 7+ years in commercial finance within SaaS/tech environments, with strong communication skills and a track record of turning financial data into actionable business insight.
Required Qualifications
- CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent professional accounting qualification)
- 7+ years of progressive experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or finance business partnering roles
- Strong experience in SaaS or technology businesses with recurring revenue models (ARR/CARR)
- Experience owning budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting end-to-end
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and financial reporting tools
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with Power BI or similar BI tools highly regarded
