Job Summary
Senior Commercial Finance Broker role focusing on guiding SME clients through the funding process. Responsibilities include contacting and managing small business customers through their loan/apply journey, building and nurturing relationships with commercial lending partners, articulating Funding Options propositions and services, leveraging extensive knowledge of business finance and a wide lender/product landscape, communicating finance options across multiple product classes, maintaining accurate prospect data in Salesforce, monitoring industry trends, and sharing successes across the organization. Requires strong communication, a results-driven mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to engage quickly with customers to match needs to the best product and lender. Flexible working options are offered with an emphasis on in-person collaboration in a London hub, supported by remote arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Commercial Finance Brokerage or customer facing sales role
- Track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
