Job Summary
Senior Commercial Effectiveness Manager leads cross-functional initiatives to operationalize and optimize commercial strategy within the Specialty organization. Acts as a strategic partner to Sales Leadership, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Analytics, Training, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and the Office of the CCO to build scalable infrastructure, improve field productivity, and drive execution excellence across brands and launches. Responsibilities include translating strategy into executable business plans, establishing operating rhythms and accountability frameworks, developing KPIs and dashboards, coordinating national sales meetings and commercial planning sessions, and enabling onboarding and standardization of processes to accelerate speed-to-productivity. The role emphasizes collaboration across divisions, data-driven insights, and the development of scalable solutions to improve reach, targeting alignment, and territory performance. Location is in New Jersey, with on-site responsibility; travel as needed to support regional and national initiatives.
