Senior Commercial Coordinator, Travel Retail

Job Summary
Manage the day-to-day running of the Travel Retail Department, acting as the key liaison between office and field teams. Own the end-to-end creation of retailer documentation, including product catalogues, campaign launches, and discontinuations, while ensuring correct in-store and online execution. Produce weekly performance reports and monthly target templates by synthesizing retail sales, passenger data, and industry trends to identify opportunities and risks. Generate and distribute confidential price increase documentation, manage Support and Tester Order Forms, and oversee invoice processing and PO raising. Lead bi-weekly meetings with Marketing, coordinate retailer events, and support the Director's travel and team offsites.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a similar or comparable role
- Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills (including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables and data manipulation), with the ability to produce accurate analysis, clear reports and impactful presentations
- Strong, proven ability to build relationships and an excellent communicator
- Highly organised with ability to plan, prioritise and deliver multiple deadlines under pressure
- Experience managing confidential commercial information (e.g. pricing)
- Passion for the Fragrance & Beauty industry
- Willingness to learn, take ownership and develop commercial knowledge across the Travel Retail business
- Taking ownership of your own deadlines and priorities, with a strong eye for detail
- Being analytical and commercially driven, using multiple data platforms to generate insights that are commercially valuable to the Director and wider business
- Being a key member of a small team in a busy, fast-paced department
