Job Summary

Develop pricing strategies for standard and custom products by partnering with sales, legal, and marketing teams to shape bid, quotation, and RFP activity. Own strategic contracting for assigned therapies across the U.S., including price analysis, contract drafting, execution, and business reviews. Oversee the full lifecycle of negotiated contracts from strategy through implementation, renewal, and expiration, while monitoring performance against commitments. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies while supporting customer decisions to improve business outcomes. This expression of interest identifies talent for future openings; candidates must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization. In-person onsite work is required a minimum of four days per week.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant experience in Contracts or Pricing or equivalent experience
  • Associate's Degree with 4+ years experience
  • Baccalaureate Degree with 2+ years experience
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A)
  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
  • Regularly required to be independently mobile
  • Required to interact with a computer
  • Required to communicate with peers and co-workers

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Math, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to business decisions
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, charts, pivot tables, lookups, and other reporting functions
  • Experience in healthcare, medical device, sales, marketing, purchasing, or another regulated industry
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and sound judgment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams
