Senior Commercial Banking Relationship Manager responsible for cultivating and expanding complex client relationships across Colorado, advising on structuring and renewal of sophisticated credit solutions (cash flow, real estate, and industry-specific), partnering with Business Development to originate opportunities, collaborating with Product Management to align credit strategy and drive differentiation, and leading enterprise-wide solutioning to deliver integrated client outcomes. Role includes overseeing relationship planning and pipeline management, coordinating cross-functional execution, and mentoring talent. Travel within the market may be required; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, education
