Job Summary
Senior Commercial Auto Relationship Manager for Specialized Industries in Commercial Auto within Wells Fargo's Commercial Banking. Independently develop, retain, and grow moderately complex client relationships and lead teams while structuring, modifying, and renewing moderately complex cash flow and real estate loan solutions. Review and offer full suite of moderately complex banking solutions to commercial clients by engaging product organizations and coordinating with internal stakeholders. Lead or resolve moderately complex initiatives, mentor less experienced colleagues, drive relationship planning and maintain sales pipelines, and support Business Development Representatives in sourcing new clients. Collaborate with peers to resolve client issues, navigate Wells Fargo processes, and identify opportunities for process improvements and risk control enhancements. Strong emphasis on understanding clients’ businesses, strategic objectives, operational priorities, and financial positions; excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Travel up to 50% within the region with a hybrid work schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
