Job Summary
Independently develop, retain, and grow moderately complex client relationships for firms with annual revenue of $25MM to $100MM in the Birmingham, AL market. Lead or participate in structuring, modifying, and renewing cash flow and real estate loans by analyzing financials and coordinating with internal stakeholders. Review and offer the full suite of moderately complex solutions, engaging product organizations to develop client-specific strategies. Resolve moderately complex initiatives while guiding teams to meet deliverables within compliance requirements. Collaborate with peers to navigate client issues, escalate inquiries, and recommend process improvements. Drive relationship planning activities to maintain sales and pipeline disciplines and support Business Development Representatives in sourcing new clients. Provide feedback to product management on market needs to enable solution innovation.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience
- Ability to travel
Desired Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of core banking products and services, such as commercial lending and treasury management
- Completion of formal credit training program
- Established local network and comprehensive knowledge of the Birmingham, AL market and surrounding areas
- Commercial banking account relationship management experience for clients with annual revenue of $25MM to $100MM
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively to deliver the organization to clients and prospects
- Demonstrated experience generating new client relationships, building and retaining long-term client relationships
- Experience identifying and mitigating risk, ensuring compliance with processes and procedures
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
