Job Summary
Develop and acquire new operating business with annual revenues of $10MM to $50MM while managing client relationships across designated segments and geographic areas. Present product solutions including Commercial Lending, Treasury Management, and Merchant Services to meet client needs, working with complex credits and negotiating transactions within targeted rate of return. Proactively call prospective businesses to identify opportunities, self-acquire clients, and collaborate with business partners to structure transactions. Monitor portfolio quality and risk, analyze account profitability, and prepare reports for management while ensuring compliance with federal and state laws.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of Commercial Banking experience
- related advanced Business Development experience
- Exceptional knowledge of commercial credit policies and procedures
- Experience with the most complex credits
- experience and risk knowledge on structuring credit
- Proven track record of success in a sales environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
