Job Summary
Lead the strategy for Partner Ads and Promotions, including development of sales pipelines and conversion funnels, while optimizing processes and reporting to maximize commercial efficiency. Consolidate, optimize, and maintain dashboards to track key KPIs and partner investments, delivering regular performance reports with actionable insights to leadership. Support the Commercial team with data-driven projects such as business planning, partner P&L analysis, account portfolio management, forecasting, and target setting. Develop playbooks and materials to communicate the value proposition of new Ads products and commercial solutions across advertiser and partner segments. Collaborate with the Head of Commercial and cross-functional stakeholders from Headquarters and the local team to shape commercial strategy and improve operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interest in tech, platform businesses, e-commerce, and last-mile logistics
- Minimum 3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, analytics, or another fast-paced business environment
- Proven experience solving complex business problems through structured analytical thinking
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights
- Track record of translating recommendations into measurable business results
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently prioritize tasks
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely
- Proactive mindset with ownership mentality and continuous improvement approach
- Fluent English

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment with ambiguity

Desired Qualifications
- Intermediate SQL skills and proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Slides) preferred
- Russian and/or Kazakh language skills preferred
