Job Summary

Senior Commercial Account Specialist at CLUSE Amsterdam leads end-to-end order management for a portfolio of B2B partners, builds and follows up on sales forecasts, advises partners on assortment and sell-through, and collaborates cross-functionally to deliver strong partner experience. This role combines operational discipline with commercial instinct to raise the performance of the Sales Support team, including order creation, approval, shipment tracking, invoicing, forecast accuracy, and account reviews.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial, account management or senior sales support role
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in French and English
  • Additional language such as Dutch, German or Spanish is a strong plus
  • Commercial mindset with forecasting experience and data-driven action
  • Confident with numbers and reporting; forecasting follow-up is a clear advantage
  • Experience with MS Office; knowledge of Netsuite, Shopify, Claude and/or Gorgias is a plus
  • Customer-oriented, proactive and analytical; balance service with commercial judgement
  • Available 5 days a week
  • Able to work in a multinational team with a proactive approach
