Job Summary
Senior Commercial Account Executive responsible for driving top-line revenue growth in the NZ/Australia region by acquiring new commercial customers and expanding existing partnerships. Role emphasizes building relationships, cross-selling additional Zendesk solutions, managing complex sales cycles, and maintaining a robust pipeline with accurate forecasts. Requires ability to articulate business value, engage with VP/C-level decision-makers, travel as needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Zendesk offerings with customer objectives. The position leverages data insights to optimize retention, expansion, and overall account profitability within a hybrid work model.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of B2B sales or SaaS experience with proven targets
- Experience selling to VP and C-level executives
- Ability to travel as necessary
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing skills
- Experience managing and expanding customer relationships at various levels
