Job Summary
The Senior Account Executive, Security is responsible for securing profitable sales and upgrades for Johnson Controls commercial customers. Key responsibilities include selling integrated solutions, building customer relationships, and improving customer satisfaction. The position requires at least 5 years of relevant commercial sales experience, and the ideal candidate will have strong oral, written, and presentation skills. A bachelor's degree is required, as well as a valid driver's license and the ability to travel. This role also includes mentoring new sales associates.
Required Qualifications

- College degree required
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a successful commercial sales representative in the security, IT or other technology sales industry
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work a full time schedule
- Available for local/regional travel
