Job Summary

Manage Acquisition Sustainment Reviews, Congressional inquiries, and Crisis Action Team (CAT) activities by screening the AFLCMC/CCX workflow and tracking suspenses in the Task Management Tool (TMT). Coordinate responses with two-letter directorates, assign CAG action officers, and compile package suspenses for Mission Support and Execution Directorates. Update and retrieve information in the Center Microsoft SharePoint document library while utilizing NIPRNET and SIPRNET to transmit approved responses to higher headquarters. Provide status updates to the CAG Chief and assist technical staff in navigating TMT processes. Requires a Secret clearance, Master's or Bachelor's degree with extensive DoD experience, and proficiency in workflow management and data transformation. Onsite at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.

Required Qualifications

  • US citizen
  • Secret clearance
  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field and 10 years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, 5 years of which must be in the DoD
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 of which must be in the DoD
  • 15 years of directly related experience, 8 of which must be in the DoD
  • Proficient in Task Management Tool (TMT) for suspense tracking, assignment, workflow management, and closure coordination
  • Skilled in managing and routing high‐volume organizational workflows, including AFLCMC/CCX and CAG electronic workflow mailboxes
  • Experienced in Microsoft SharePoint for retrieving, updating, compiling, and storing directorate-level documentation
  • Ability to transform complex organizational data into actionable reports, briefs, and senior‐leader-ready outputs
  • Familiar with NIPRNET/SIPRNET communication processes for coordinating, compiling, and transmitting responses to higher headquarters and Congressional inquiries
  • Strong ability to manage priorities, stay organized, and keep complex workflows on track
  • Clear and proactive communicator who collaborates effectively across directorates and senior‐leader channels
  • Adaptable problem‐solver who can quickly turn information into actionable guidance
  • Supportive teammate skilled at helping others navigate tools, processes, and technical systems
