Senior Collections Specialist

Job Summary
Senior Collections Specialist leading high-risk dunning workflows and large, complex account portfolios within Motive’s Collections team. Own escalated and high-priority cases, drive process improvements to boost efficiency, deliver accurate cash forecasting, mentor team members, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Billing Operations, and Order Management to resolve account escalations. Responsibilities include managing complex portfolios, ensuring compliance and accuracy, supporting month-end close, refining SOPs, and maintaining data integrity across core systems. Requires strong analytical skills, experience with Excel/Google Sheets, and familiarity with Salesforce, Zuora, and ERP systems. Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business preferred; remote or office work, with postings noting potential in-person interviews at global offices.
