Job Summary
Senior Collections Coordinator at a large global professional services firm, responsible for supporting financial health by monitoring accounts receivable, coordinating with billing attorneys and the Revenue team to address aged AR, conducting client outreach as directed, and producing regular/ad hoc financial reporting. Acts as an escalation point for the Revenue team on complex collections issues, while safeguarding confidential information and maintaining strong client relationships and internal collaboration. Requires strong communication, advanced MS Office/Excel skills, and experience with professional services accounting systems (3E, CMS or similar).
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, or related field, preferably
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a legal or professional services environment, including exposure to general accounting practices
- Experience with professional services collections strategies, preferably
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and Excel
- Knowledge of 3E, CMS, or similar legal accounting systems
