Senior Collections Coordinator (CB)

Senior Collections Coordinator is responsible for coordinating loan collection activities for the Bank including residential and consumer loans. Works with past due borrowers with confidentiality and integrity to reduce potential losses to the Bank. Daily management of collection activities with delinquent borrowers; review past due accounts and determine appropriate collection actions; facilitate research and coordinate loan reviews for complex delinquency challenges; prepare and present documentation for legal action and charge-off recommendations; collaborate with lenders and lending management on collection procedures; execute collection strategies via various collection activities; oversee workflow and project assignments for the collections department; analyze portfolio payment defaults and late payments to provide recommendations to management and the risk committee; performs all other duties as assigned.
