Senior Collections Associate

Develop knowledge of the factoring industry, including disputes, adjustments, and eligibility criteria, while maintaining relationships with assigned debtor accounts payable departments. Complete weekly assigned tasks with minimum supervision, accurately recording disputes and adjustments into custom systems. Identify debtors with cash flow problems and report them to management in a timely manner. Manage special assignments until completion, establishing relationships with AP managers to request assistance when needed. Full training provided on custom systems upon hire. Prior experience working with a factor or in accounts receivable collections required.
