Job Summary
Calculate margin calls, exchange notifications with counterparties, and ensure settlement of cash and securities flows for Global Securities Financing desks. Reconcile portfolios by analyzing discrepancies in collaboration with Settlement, Front-Office, Middle-Office, and Risk teams. Manage requests from counterparties and internal departments regarding FO, Global Securities Financing, Risk, and Global Capital Market Advisory activities. Monitor and resolve cash suspense items while responding to internal requests via email or file production. Join the 10-person Collateral Management team based between Paris and Lisbon, supporting Natixis in Portugal's mission to transform traditional banking for Corporate & Investment Banking and Asset & Wealth Management. Requires a higher degree in financial markets, five years of experience, proficiency with AI tools and Office suite, and fluency in English and French.
Required Qualifications
- Higher education degree in financial markets or finance
- Professional experience (at least 5 years) in the financial world, particularly in collateral management
- Good knowledge of English and French, both written and verbal
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with AI tools and the Office suite
- Good understanding of market activities and products
- Good knowledge of the F/O to B/O processing chain
- Excellent interpersonal skills, very good listening abilities
