Job Summary
Guide applicators, distributors, contractors, engineers, and consultants on-site to deliver long-lasting performance for Hempel coatings across Marine, Energy, and Infrastructure sectors. Apply technical know-how and comprehensive documentation to support project success, offering clear guidance, expert insights, and hands-on assistance with product application. Act as a brand ambassador by communicating features and benefits of the full portfolio while ensuring all applications follow Product Data Sheets, working specifications, and relevant technical standards. Manage sophisticated, large-scale projects from start to finish, conducting training, condition surveys, line inspections, and troubleshooting to resolve issues. Prepare and share detailed daily and final progress reports with stakeholders to ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle. Report to the Area Manager Service Operations for the France, Benelux, DACH, Greece, Romania, Bulgaria & Africa region.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering (Construction, Marine, Chemical, Metallurgy) or equivalent practical experience within coating industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Greek and English, with the ability to use technical terminology
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, representing Hempel on-site with integrity
- Highly adaptable to dynamic environments, with the flexibility to work across teams and project types
- Shows initiative, ownership, and the ability to manage time-sensitive situations with confidence
- Must hold a valid driving license
