Job Summary
Apply technical expertise and comprehensive documentation to support project success by offering clear guidance, expert insights, and hands-on assistance with the application of Hempel products. Act as an on-site ambassador for our brand and product lines, effectively communicating features and benefits to ensure customers recognize the value we deliver. Ensure all applications follow Product Data Sheets, working specifications, relevant technical and industrial standards, and best painting practices while managing sophisticated, large-scale projects from start to finish. Prepare and share detailed daily and final progress reports with relevant stakeholders. Conduct training, condition surveys, line inspection surveys, and assist with troubleshooting and resolution of any issues. Based in Athens, Greece, this role reports to the Area Manager Service Operations.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering (Construction, Marine, Chemical, Metallurgy) or equivalent practical experience within coating industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Greek and English
- Ability to use technical terminology
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Professional and efficient approach to work
- Shows initiative, ownership, and the ability to manage time-sensitive situations with confidence
- Must hold a valid driving license
Desired Qualifications
- FROSIO or NACE certification
