Job Summary
Senior CNC Machinist/Toolmaker on first shift at Pinewood Tool Corporation. Responsible for programming with MasterCam and at the control, setting up CNC mills and lathes, machining small-run parts and tooling from blueprints to GD&T specifications, holding tight tolerances, performing in-process quality inspection, and finishing parts with hand grinders and supporting tooling. The role requires ownership of parts from blueprint to finished piece, a hands-on approach, and a culture of ownership, attention to detail, continuous improvement, and teamwork. First shift, 8-hour days, in-person work in a clean, air-conditioned facility; salary based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of toolroom or short-run CNC machining experience
- Comfortable programming (Mastercam and at the control)
- Strong blueprint reading and applied GD&T knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to hold tight tolerances in a small-batch environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
