Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •Senior CloudOps Engineer role
• •Deep AWS expertise
• •Ability to operate as a technical escalation point for delivery and operations teams
• •Strong experience in AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda, etc.)
• •Solid understanding of networking concepts (VPNs, Direct Connect, DNS, hybrid architectures)
• •Experience supporting Windows Platform in AWS
• •Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
• •Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, Splunk, LogicMonitor, etc.)
• •Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or CloudFormation)
• •Strong grasp of cloud security best practices and compliance frameworks
• •Proven experience in managed services or enterprise support environments
• •Strong background in Level 3 support / escalation handling
• •Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve Critical production issues
• •Experience with ITIL practices
• •Valid work rights for Australia
• •Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background checking process, including probity and police checks
• •Willingness to work Ops and afterhours production support (24*7) roster-based on call

• •Experience designing, implementing, and supporting highly available, scalable, and secure AWS solutions
• •Experience managing and optimising AWS environments for clients operating within Microsoft-centric ecosystems (e.g., Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure integrations)
• •Providing performance, security, and cost optimization recommendations for cloud services
• •Capability enhancements
• •Building, consulting and deploying new cloud solutions
• •Leading incident response, problem management, and root cause analysis for critical issues
• •Hands-on in developing code, driving automation and infrastructure-as-code
• •Strong consulting skills

• •ITIL certification
