Job Summary
Senior Cloud Solutions Engineer responsible for technical leadership across cloud-based CCaaS solutions, including Google Cloud Platform and Genesys Cloud, driving design, implementation, and modernization of contact center architectures; leads hands-on engineering, architecture, integration, and optimization, mentors developers, and collaborates with product owners, solution architects, and vendors to maximize value from CCaaS investments while ensuring security, reliability, and scalability. Role includes involvement in Omnichannel capabilities, Nuance migration, proofs of concept, and platform modernization in a healthcare context (Humana CenterWell). The position requires strong cloud/SaaS expertise, stakeholder influence, and the ability to deliver complex solutions with limited guidance; travel to Humana offices may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 10+ years of technical experience delivering complex, large-scale cloud, SaaS, or platform-based solutions
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based contact center technologies (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, Genesys Cloud) and integration with SaaS ecosystems
- Experience leading or contributing to large modernization programs including cloud migrations
- Excellent communication and ability to translate technical concepts to business outcomes
- Experience mentoring teams and driving engineering best practices
- Experience working in Agile delivery models (e.g., SAFe) and collaborating with vendors
