Job Summary
Develop cloud-native enterprise solutions using Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot, designing REST APIs and orchestrating containers with Kubernetes. Integrate modern AI capabilities by building RAG systems, MCP servers, and agent-based architectures with LangChain and vector databases. Manage CI/CD pipelines and MLOps for deploying and monitoring AI components in the cloud. Provide technical consulting to enterprise customers on AI integration and drive architectural decisions at the backend/AI intersection. Work in agile teams with a focus on pragmatic innovation and open communication.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Backend-Entwicklung mit Java/Kotlin
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Spring Boot oder Jakarta EE
- Praxiserfahrung mit Kubernetes und mindestens einer Cloud-Plattform (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Hands-on Erfahrung mit Docker und CI/CD-Tools (GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Praktische Erfahrung mit LLMs – ob privates Projekt, Proof of Concept oder Produktionseinsatz
- Verständnis von RAG-Konzepten oder die Motivation, sich schnell einzuarbeiten
- Deutsch verhandlungssicher
- Englisch fließend
Desired Qualifications
- Python-Kenntnisse für ML/KI-Komponenten
- Erfahrung mit LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangChain4J
- Kenntnisse in Vektordatenbanken (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, ChromaDB)
- Model Context Protocol (MCP) oder Agent-Frameworks
- Erfahrung mit Prompt Engineering oder Model Fine-tuning
- GitOps mit ArgoCD oder Flux
