Senior Cloud Operations Engineer

Manage, optimize, and develop complex customer environments while executing complex changes and technical deliveries. Resolve incidents and escalations across multiple technologies, performing root cause analyses to drive structural improvements and lifecycle management enhancements. Advise customers on risks, optimizations, and developments while coaching colleagues to foster knowledge sharing. Periodically participate in the on-call service outside office hours.
