Job Summary
Act as Subject Matter Expert for enterprise AI services, integrating AI solutions across the organization using Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q Business, and Amazon Quick Suite. Enable and maintain core capabilities including Agents, Knowledge Bases, and agentic workflows while supporting productionizing services and the Pattern as a Product framework. Apply DevOps and automation-first practices to improve reliability, leading Proof of Concepts, Keep The Lights On activities, and CI/CD improvements. Collaborate closely with Cloud, Security, Architecture, and Data Science partners to influence platform standards and provide guidance and mentorship to team members.

- Experience supporting AI/ML or analytics platforms
- Experience in regulated or security focused environments
