Job Summary
Senior Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and optimize Stellantis Financial Services’ Azure infrastructure. You will lead deployment/configuration of Azure resources (VMs, VMSS, AKS, Container Apps, networking, storage), develop IaC pipelines with Terraform, Bicep, and ARM templates, and automate provisioning and scaling using PowerShell, Python, .NET, Java, and Azure CLI. Responsibilities include security/compliance with PCI-DSS, SOX, GLBA, FFIEC, SOC-2; cost governance and optimization; hybrid networking, disaster recovery planning; and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure cloud solutions. Mentorship of junior engineers, establishment of CI/CD with Azure DevOps, and ongoing operational excellence across cloud-native and hybrid environments are expected. Must reside near Dallas, TX, and be able to travel up to 10%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in cloud engineering with a focus on Microsoft Azure infrastructure
- Proven experience in a Senior Cloud Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or IT Systems Engineer role in an enterprise environment
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) – Required
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) – Required
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500) – Preferred
- Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400) – Preferred
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate (AZ-700) – Preferred
- HashiCorp Terraform Associate – Nice to Have
- ITIL 4 Foundation – Nice to Have
