Job Summary
Design, operate, and improve large-scale cloud-based services for caregivers by partnering with developers and program managers. Engineer Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS solutions, configure networking components like VNets and ExpressRoute, and enforce Azure Policy in complex enterprise environments. Deploy infrastructure using Terraform and Azure CLI, manage hybrid VMware and Hyper-V server environments, and troubleshoot enterprise operating systems while maintaining PHI/PII compliance. Lead technical conversations, create documentation, and support on-call rotations for production incidents. Requires 5 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree; location within 65 miles of Lubbock, Hobbs, or specified regional hubs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years of related experience
- Good experience leveraging data and metrics to drive behavior, process, and priority decisions
- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
- Experience in problem solving using systematic procedures and investigating problems utilizing root cause analysis
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a Healthcare environment
- Creating and managing server images with Packer
- Experienced with configuring Desired State Configuration (DSC) using AWX
- Knowledge of implementing security controls such as CIS and NIST
- Experienced with Azure DevOps and ServiceNow
